Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for defective items or if the wrong item was sent. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds. Custom orders and sale items are also excluded from the refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request.

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the items are prepared for shipping.
